No verified profiles are available yet

Animal Radar never substitutes sample organizations when the production API is unavailable or no manual reviews have been approved. A real approved application will open this directory.

Request free review
The full process

A real review, explained before you apply.

Verification is free, but it is not automatic. The public badge is issued only after a separate authorized reviewer completes the checks for your organization type.

  1. 01

    Create the organization record

Sign in, choose rescue, shelter, veterinary clinic, or nonprofit, then add the legal name and public name. An EIN or registration number, website, and service area are helpful but optional.

  2. 02

    Upload private supporting evidence

Choose 1–12 PDF, JPEG, PNG, or WebP files, up to 20 MB each. Submit current, readable records that connect the organization, the applying representative, and any type-specific requirements.

  3. 03

An independent person reviews the record

An authorized reviewer—separate from the applicant—opens the audit-logged evidence, completes every required check, and may request clarification through the verified account contact. Incomplete or outdated evidence can be declined.

  4. 04

    The approved scope becomes public

Approved organizations receive a public profile with the verification date and only the checks that passed. If a record is declined or later suspended, it is not presented in this approved directory; eligible representatives can correct the record and resubmit.

Evidence guide

What to prepare

Use current records and redact unrelated personal information before uploading.

Rescue or shelter
Records establishing the organization's identity plus evidence that you are authorized to represent it.
Veterinary clinic
Current professional licensing plus evidence that the receiving business bank account belongs to the clinic.
Nonprofit
Current tax-status or charitable-registration records plus evidence that the bank account belongs to the organization.

Not an endorsement: A badge does not guarantee quality of care, safety, volunteer screening, financial health, medical advice, service availability, or future conduct.

Before you upload

Questions worth answering plainly.

Verification should make trust more specific, not make a broad promise the evidence cannot support.

What does verification actually mean?

It means Animal Radar manually reviewed the specific identity, authority, licensing, tax-status, or account-ownership checks displayed on the public profile. It is not a blanket endorsement of care quality, safety, finances, or availability.

What becomes public?

An approved profile can show the public name, organization type, service area, website, verification date, and the checks that passed. Legal names, EINs, source documents, bank details, representative details, reviewer notes, and exact addresses stay private.

Can we apply without an EIN or website?

Yes. Both fields are optional in the application. You still need evidence that establishes the organization or clinic and your authority to represent it. A website is required only if you want the public profile to link to one.

How long does review take?

Animal Radar does not promise a fixed turnaround. An authorized reviewer may request clarification through your verified account contact, and incomplete or outdated evidence may be declined. You can correct the record and resubmit.

Is the backlink really free?

Yes. Approved organizations can publish a website link on their free profile. Placement is not sold, and Animal Radar does not promise search rankings, referral traffic, or other SEO results.
