Animal Radar is operated by Barrett Software. Public cases use obfuscated locations. Private addresses, contact details, veterinary documents, moderator notes, and any future contributor records remain restricted. Uploaded images are sanitized before publication.

The conditional-pledge interface is currently a non-transacting preview: it does not request card details, save a payment method, or collect money. Any future pilot would require a separate privacy disclosure explaining the approved payment provider, saved-payment consent, transaction records, clinic routing, retention, and contributor controls before launch.
