Animal Radar is operated by Barrett Software, a for-profit company. Animal Radar helps communities share structured information and coordinate voluntary assistance. It is not emergency dispatch, law enforcement, animal control, a veterinarian, a shelter, a charity, or a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. Users remain responsible for safe, lawful decisions and must follow the current Community Guidelines.

The conditional veterinary-pledge interface is an advisor preview and does not accept pledges, save payment methods, or collect money. If a payment pilot is later approved, separate terms and consent will disclose the verified clinic, reviewed goal, deadline, amount-determination method, Barrett Software fee, total charge, cancellation rights, tax treatment, and payment-failure handling before any authorization.

Standards-compliant search crawlers, AI systems, research spiders, archival bots, link-preview services, and user-directed agents may access and use intentionally public content in accordance with the permissions in our crawler policy and content signals. Automated access must not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, privacy controls, or restricted-data boundaries.
